Signing up Additional Distributors to work for you: You can have as many retail and wholesale customers as you want. Just take their orders or send them to our Distributor’s web site with your code name. However, sometimes you may want to bring someone as a distributor. You can then get a commission from their sales. If you wish to bring in additional distributors (you may have as many Distributors 2 as you want), you will have to share your commission. Additional distributors will need to sign an agreement similar to this one. We will split the commission and pay all the distributors directly. Since your commission is high (most distributors work for 3 to 5 % commission), it might be advantageous for you to have more people working with you. You will need to do the following (we will send them/you the documents): Agree to pro-rate your commission. Have your distributor/associate fill out an application. Have your distributor/associate sign a contract. Synergy Systems offers support and follow-up: We can e-mail, fax or mail your distributors a sign-up package. We will assign your distributor a code name: possibly your code name + a few letters of their name. We will pro-rate the commission and send commission checks directly to you and your associate distributors every month for the sales made to their customers for the preceding month (products shipped and paid for). Example of Commission Payouts for Your Distribution program: Distributor 1: You “Lynn” is the Participant/Distributor with SSG Inc. Distributor 2: Lynn asks “Paul” to become a distributor under her. Distributor 3: Paul knows “Alice” who would be a great distributor. Distributor 1: Lynn sends her own clients to the website. She will get the following commission: Retail Wholesale Total Sale Commission Sale Commission $4000. Lynn 20% $800. $6,000. 9% $540. $1340. Distributor 2: Lynn asks Paul to send his own clients to the website. She will share her commission with him for any of his clients who buy through the website. On Paul’s client sales: Lynn will get a commission of 8% on retail and 3% on wholesale. Paul will get a commission of 12% on retail and 6% on wholesale. It is still a high commission for Paul; and Lynn still gets a commission on all the sales that Paul brings to the site. Paul sends his own clients to the website. The commission will be shared as follows: Retail Wholesale Total Sale Commission Sale Commission $6000. Lynn 8% $480. $8000. Lynn 3% $240. $720. Paul 12% $720. Paul 6% $480. $1200. Distributor 3: Paul sign up Alice. Lynn and Paul will share their commission with Alice for any of Alice’s clients who buy through the website. On Alice’s clients’ sales: Lynn will get a commission of 4% on retail and 2% on wholesale. Paul will get a commission of 6% on retail and 3% on wholesale. Alice will get a commission of 10% on retail and 4% on wholesale. Alice sends her own clients to the website.
